The Regional Housing Crisis Hotline is one access point for anyone who is experiencing a housing crisis throughout Greater Hampton Roads and needs shelter, case management, and related services and/or community resources. The hotline is available Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. Non-Virginia Beach residents, call (757) 587-4202.

The Samaritan House 24-hour crisis hotline provides comprehensive, wrap-around crisis services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking.

To schedule your food pantry appointment, call JCOC at (757) 491-2846, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-noon or 1-5 p.m. Arrive at the church during your scheduled food pantry appointment time. If you arrive early, you will be asked to return at your scheduled time. For 10 a.m. appointments, please do not arrive at the church earlier than 9:45 a.m. Pantry guests will wait in line outside the building in order of arrival. One at a time, guests will enter the building to check in. A volunteer will follow you outside with a cart of pre-packed food. They will assist you with loading your vehicle or personal bags if needed. Guests may not go through the food prior to loading. Guests may refuse unopened bags of food if they are not able to take it all.
